With the increase in Identity Theft and Fraudulent Tax Return Filing, we can no longer send or receive emails that contain Personal Identity Information like Social Security Numbers. We are now using a secure file transfer portal to both receive your personal tax return information and to send you copies of your tax returns that you can store in our secure server or download for your convenience.
You can also remotely sign your tax return, and pay your invoice - all from the comfort of your couch!
You will receive an email that has a link to activate a new portal area; once you create a new password you can access the portal as long as you are a Flower City Tax & Accounting client. You should also upload any documents to us via that method for your safety.
There is a link to retrieve your password, if you have forgotten it. If you didn't have your return uploaded at the time, but would like it uploaded now, please send an email to tracy@flowercitytax.com and we'll upload it for you.
