Having joined us in 2003, her 15 years of accounting and tax preparation experience makes her a wealth of knowledge in the areas of individual, business, investment and Corporate areas of taxation and finance. Penny's expertise in the QuickBooks and Peachtree worlds lends itself to excellent customer satisfaction when looking for training solutions to their accounting and software issues. She is one of our off-site bookkeepers and QuickBooks professionals, ready to serve your accounting needs in the comfort of your own office. Penny is also our Electronic Filing Coordinator. Lori Thompson , our Payroll Administrator joined the Flower City Tax staff in 2004 as the friendly voice on the phone and smiling face behind the front desk during tax season. She is the one who always knows where everything is in the office! Lori recently earned herself the title of Payroll Administrator with Flower City Payroll Solutions, Inc. our affiliate payroll and employee leasing company. Although she may still answer the phone, answer your questions and schedule your appointment, our many payroll clients keep Lori a very busy girl!

Barbara Potter is back after a 3 year hiatus. Barb just couldn't stay away from Flower City Tax, and we're thrilled to have her back with us for tax season. Barb's 10 years of experience in the tax and payroll arena make her a multi-faceted expert in our office. Many of you will remember Barb as "The Coca-Cola Lady". Brent Schuth is joining us this year as Tax Preparer and Administrative Assistant. Brent is our Walk-in-Wednesday and Spontaneous-Saturday preparer. You won't need an appointment on Wednesdays and Saturdays to see Brent, but feel free make one for your convenience!! Just c'mon in with your W-2 and other tax documents and ask to see Brent!

Diane Donofrio has brought her "southern charm" and 12 years of tax preparation experience to Rochester. Having owned Liberty Tax offices in both Tennessee and Florida, as well as her own practice. Diane is well versed in all areas of taxation , and business management.
